Q1: Can I wear my jewelry in the shower, gym or while sleeping?

Your jewelry is made for everyday life and can handle occasional contact with water, but we do not recommend long hot showers, saunas, pools or intense workouts with your pieces on.
Heat, sweat and friction can speed up wear on the plating and increase the risk of knocks on gemstones. For the longest life, remove your jewelry before exercising, swimming or sleeping.

Q2: Will silver turn dark? What should I do?

Sterling silver naturally reacts with air and elements like sulfur and sweat, so it can slowly turn yellow or darker over time. This is a normal chemical process, not a quality issue.
You can gently polish it with a jewelry or silver cloth, or clean it with lukewarm water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Wearing your silver often, storing it dry and separately all help slow down tarnishing.

Q3: What is the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds?

Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds: the same hardness, brilliance and fire. The only difference is how they are created.
Natural diamonds form underground over millions of years; lab-grown diamonds are grown in controlled conditions using advanced technology. They are often more accessible in price and easier to trace in terms of origin, which aligns with more ethical and conscious choices.

Q4: The necklace length doesn’t feel right. Can I adjust or exchange it?

Most of our necklaces come with an extender, allowing you to adjust the length by approximately 2–5 cm for different necklines.
If the length still doesn’t work for you, please contact our customer service after receiving your order, and we will guide you through our exchange or adjustment options according to our return policy.

Q5: How do I find my ring size if I don’t have a ring sizer?

You can wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres.
Compare that measurement with our size chart and choose the closest circumference. If you are between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger one. You can also visit a local jewelry store to have your finger measured and then select the matching EU size on our site.

Q6: Will the stones fade or become cloudy?

The stones themselves generally do not “fade”, but oils from skin, lotions and dust can make them look less bright. This is reversible.
Regular gentle cleaning with lukewarm water, mild soap and a soft brush will help restore their clarity. Avoid heavy impact and contact with hard surfaces to keep the facets and polish in good condition.

Q7: Is the packaging suitable for gifting? Do you offer a card?

Each order is carefully packaged, so you can give it directly as a gift without extra wrapping.
